Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Despite a long and tiring journey, they made the check-in process hassle-free and even left our key in a safe for a smooth arrival. The room exceeded our expectations with its stylish decor, comfortable mattress, and luxurious linens. The highlight was definitely the amazing shower that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide array of fresh and delicious options in a spotless venue. The location was perfect for us, situated in a beautiful residential area near a wonderful park. Street parking was safe and convenient. The receptionists were always friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We can't wait to return and hopefully try out the spa and pool next time.

I loved the interesting decor and the fact that all the rooms are different.

The breakfast although delicious could be improved by serving a pot of coffee/tea for each guest.

This hotel was delightful with courteous staff. - Great location; Entzheim airport was only 15 km away. - the property was a good base for enjoying a beautiful area. - the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was fairly quiet and luxurious.

We loved, loved, loved our stay at Villa Novarina! The staff was wonderful and very welcoming to our toddler, bringing out toys for him etc. The rooms were delightful, very relaxing and most of all quiet!!! The breakfast was delicious! While it may seem as though the hotel is a bit on the outside of the city it is rigt next to he beautiful L'orangerie and it took us no less than 15 mins to walk to the city center! We have already recOmmended the Villa to numerous people!

Somewhat small bathroom (we stayed at a standard double room). No Restaurants/Bars nearby, so be prepared to talk 10-15 minutes into the city centre.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in Strasbourg recently. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a whirlpool bath that added a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with tasty omelettes and fried eggs prepared to perfection. The hotel also offered good free wifi, which was a bonus. I had a great experience at Garrigae Villa La Florangerie - Hotel - Piscine & Spa Inclus and would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Villa Novarina is a boutique style hotel focused on quality, from the food available for breakfast through to the comfort of the bedrooms. The bedrooms are very comfortable and you feel like you are staying in someone's home rather than a hotel. The hotel does not offer evening meals, they recommend a restaurant called Le Pont Des Vosges which is about 15 minutes from the hotel. It is excellant, try it out, the food is delicious, the service is great.

The locations is about a 25 minute walk from the city centre, which if you've been walking all day seems like a long time. Taking a tram is an option. Small things like somewhere to hang your towel in the bathroom and a towel and soap in the toilet could be improved on.

We stayed at a hotel close to a stunning park with lynx, flamingoes, and monkeys. the reception staff were welcoming and the room was spacious with a comfortable double bed and voluminous bathroom. We enjoyed fine scrambled eggs and endless fruit for breakfast. the hotel had good service and a clear exotic feeling.

There were limited spa facilities that weren't included in the cost of the room.

The location was good and amazing, just 5 min walk from a flower-filled park. It had large and nice styled room with an extremely comfy bed for great nights sleep.

loved the Villa. We have stayed in the area before and not bothered about the leisurely pleasant 15min walk into the centre. The host was friendly and helpful,and gave us an upgrade to a lovely romantic room.Very quiet.Did not eat breakfast nor use the pool,although it looked inviting.Bed very comfortable.

Could do with a hand-towel rail under the basin and maybe coffee and tea facilities.

Think that this fantastic hotel is beyond compare, thoroughly enjoyed it. Clean property, facilities are nice, and the location is great and beautiful to the cafe in nearby park. The food is outstanding and delicious. Excellent service, the breakfast is wonderful. There's paid parking available and free internet too;))

Family owned hotel with great rooms. Very clean. Excellent service. The location of the hotel is within the diplomat neighborhood. Walking distance to centre within 15 min.
